Start here if you just want to know whether KELLY is working.

Glass Lab should make KELLY understandable without requiring source-code knowledge. Read the summary, open one proof object, check freshness, then look for the mind-changer or waiting state.

1. Is it alive?Check latest packet, recent cycles, brain fleet, and route status.
2. What did it see?Open source, proof, replay, settlement, and memory links instead of trusting page copy.
3. What would revise it?Look for falsifiers, evidence gaps, calibration movement, or memory-lineage revision candidates.
4. What is only waiting?Waiting states are honest. A missing receipt means the output is not settled proof yet.
